Everty is a technology (software) company in the e-mobility sector and provides EV charging solutions and a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform to companies installing Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure.
The software allows EV charging station operators to monitor, manage and monetise their charging infrastructure assets and provides an interface to EV drivers for the use of chargers. Everty’s software enables efficient management and operation of physical assets (EV charging stations) as well as the integration of cars and charging infrastructure with the electricity grid.

Carola Jonas
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Carola founded Everty in 2017 to address climate change and the urgent need to transition to sustainable zero emissions transport. To achieve this, the Everty software platform makes it easy for businesses large and small to charge their own EVs or offer EV charging services to their customers and the public.
Carola has previously worked as a sustainability and marketing consultant with brands like Enphase Energy to bring storage solutions, microinverters and smart software to market. She also assisted EnergyLab, the first clean energy accelerator in Australia, to build and grow a vibrant start-up community of clean-tech companies and female entrepreneurs.
Carola has over 15 years of experience in bringing products and services to market in Europe, Asia and in Australia and has worked for household names such as Climate Friendly, NABERS (National Australian Built Environment Rating System), Transparency International and DB Schenker.

Clark Mak
Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Clark is a seasoned operational management professional with a remarkable track record spanning two decades, including nine years in executive leadership roles. With a passion for cultivating workplace culture, delivering operational excellence, and driving strategic growth, he has consistently made a significant impact across diverse industries.
As the former Chief Operating Officer at a San Francisco-based technology company, Clark spearheaded operations across multiple business divisions. He played a pivotal role in optimising departmental performance, driving strategic planning initiatives, and implementing transformative measures to elevate product solutions and enhance user experiences.
Prior to that, Clark co-founded an architecture firm, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. He skilfully established the company’s core strategic plan, diligently overseeing all operational processes and driving exceptional sales performance.
Throughout his career, Clark has consistently prioritised building motivated teams, fostering innovation, and driving business expansion in highly competitive markets. With a proven ability to deliver results and a relentless commitment to excellence, he is poised to make a lasting impact at Everty.

Mac Bryla
Head of EV Solutions
For over 25 years, Mac has accumulated extensive expertise working for renowned high-tech software companies like Sun Microsystems, Cognos, IBM, Tibco, Tableau, and Salesforce, where he held numerous customer-facing and leadership roles in Solution Engineering and Product Marketing.
Over the last decade, Mac has been pivotal in expanding Tableau’s influence, revenue, and market share in Australia and the wider APAC region. His efforts were instrumental in elevating brand awareness and solidifying its position in the market. In addition, Mac consistently focused on utilising data and analytics to help customers solve challenging business problems.
His drive to actively contribute to the global fight against climate change and facilitate the transition to a sustainable future has led him to Everty. In his role, he leverages technology and data to accelerate the electrification of the transportation sector.
Mac holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, and he recently received a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability from the University of Sydney, demonstrating his commitment to staying at the forefront of sustainability practices.

Ravi Kesariraman
Chief Technology Officer
Ravi holds a Master of Business from RMIT University and is an accomplished technology leader with over 25 years of extensive experience spanning software engineering, product management, technology strategy, portfolio management, analytics, and operations.
He has successfully assembled and led multi-disciplinary global teams. ranging from large enterprise businesses to small startups, delivering transformative programs.
As an early-stage technology advisor to Evert, Ravi play a crucial role in delivering and launching the pilot version of the core charger management platform 6 year ago. Now, he has returned to spearhead the technology development efforts at Everty.

Duncan Taylor
Finance Manager
Duncan has over 20 years of experience in the renewables, finance, private capital and the funds management sectors internationally. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse and then worked in venture capital/private equity before moving to the infrastructure sector. Duncan held senior roles with Lend Lease, McConnell Dowell, Merrill Lynch (UK), Colonial First State (Aus & UK) and Epho.
He was Head of Finance at Epho with Oliver and had originated and managed transactions and funds; and held board roles across the various asset classes/stages, including transport, utilities, renewable energy and PPP. Investments include; Anglian Water Group (UK), Perth Airport, Inexus (UK), Gold Coast Rapid Transit and Newham Hospital PFI (UK).
Duncan holds an MBA from the Macquarie School of Graduate Management (MGSM), a Bachelor of Commerce from the ANU and qualified as an Australian Chartered Accountant.

Oliver Hartley
Commercial Director
Dr Oliver Hartley has worked in research, technology development and commercialisation, merger and acquisitions, business structuring and start-ups for over 25 years.
In 2021, Oliver successfully sold his company Epho Pty Ltd to Australia’s largest energy retailer AGL. He founded Epho in 2014 realising that there was a need for a high-end solar service solution provider for large commercial and industrial clients. He applied his experience in working for large global corporations as well as managing startups to develop Epho into one of Australia’s leading commercial solar energy companies.
Prior to founding Epho, Oliver was the Managing Director of Hanwha QCELLS Australia, the CEO of the thin-film solar company Calyxo in Germany as well as being a board member and chairman of several solar manufacturing companies in Europe.
Oliver has a PhD in physics, an MBA and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is the Chair of the Industry Advisory Committee for the School for Photovoltaic and Renewable Energy Engineering at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney, and an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at UNSW.

Malin Volder
Senior Business Development and Partnership Manager
With extensive management and business development expertise combined with substantial knowledge of the EV industry and start-ups, she will support the acceleration of Everty‘s market penetration.
Malin has over 8 years of experience in the eMobility sector in the European market. She was Head of Home Charge Norway at Pod Point where she managed sales, operations and supply chain before moving to EVBox where she delivered several large charging projects with customers such as Hyundai, Scania and DB Schenker.
Malin holds a Master of Science in Management of Innovation and Business Development and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Service Management from Copenhagen Business School (Denmark). She wrote her Master’s thesis about “The electric vehicle market in Norway” back in 2014.
